NORFOLK, Va. (June 16, 2023) A Sailor is pinned as he graduates from Fleet Replacement Aircrew (FRAC) training during a ceremony, June 16. FRAC graduation marks the completion of very rigorous training where Sailors leave Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 2 as Naval Air Training and Operation Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) qualified Aircrewman and join the fleet to accomplish the mission of the MH-60S worldwide.
