Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion TWO TWO (NMCB 22) pose in front of their assigned project. The team was tasked with constructing a building at Camp Mead from the ground up while giving hands-on training to those who have never done this type of infrastructure improvement. Nebraska Army National Guard’s Camp Mead is located in South East Nebraska. Seabees provide general engineering and civil support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces and are the expeditionary engineering and construction experts of the naval service. They provide task-tailored, adaptable, and combat-ready engineering and construction forces that deploy to support Navy objectives globally.
