PHILIPPINE SEA (June 5, 2023) Navy Counselor 1st Class Daniel Ligocki, from Chicago, gives a speech during an observance of the 81st remembrance of the Battle of Midway on the messdecks aboard Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG 67) in the Philippine Sea, June 5. Shiloh is assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 70, and is forward-deployed to Yokosuka, Japan to support the security of the U.S. and its Allies in the Indo-Pacific.
