2300620-N-NT795-781 SEAL BEACH Calif., (June. 20, 2023) Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class assigned to Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron (MSRON) 11 manned a .50 cal. machine gun onboard 34-foot patrol boat during out bound transit as part of Maritime Expeditionary Security Force (MESF) Boat University (BU) Tactical Craft Crewman/Gunner along Seal Beach harbor, Calif. MESF BU is designed to train and qualify the MESF to sustain mobilization readiness. MESF is a core Navy capability that provides port and harbor security, high value asset security, and maritime security in the coastal and inland waterways.
