Command Sgt. Maj. Chad Harness, senior enlisted advisor for 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 11th Airborne Division, passes the unit colors to outgoing brigade commander Col. Michael J. Shouse during a change of command ceremony on Pershing Field, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, June 21, 2023. Shouse served as the first commander of 2nd brigade after it's re-designation from 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, last summer.
