During a visit to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility Bremerton WA, on June thirteenth 2023, Admiral James Caldwell Jr, Director, Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, stopped by the Emergency Response Laydown Area - Across from DD2 to hand out official coins for a job well done to Ohio project personnel for their innovations on the seismic stability cradle systems and seismic emergency response kits. After showing the Admiral one of the emergency response kits, Theodore Anderson, Shop 56NT (nuclear test) supervisor, discusses the seismic emergency response plan.
