A multi-mission robotic system is remotely guided over a series of railroad tracks during Coyote Shield, a joint exercise designed to test emergency response and maangement at Military Ocean Terminal Concord, California, June 21, 2023. Participating agencies included the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Army, the 60th Civil Engineer Squadron Explosive Ordinance Disposal team, federal and local law enforcement and local fire departments.
