DJIBOUTI, Djibouti (June 8, 2023) A member of the Italian Armed Forces, repaired desks in support of the U.S. Army 450th Civil Affairs Battalion renovation project at a primary school in Damerjog, Djibouti, June 8. The 450th Civil Affairs Battalion has provided other support to the school in the past from environmental clean-ups, new desktops, a swing-set, and seesaws. CLDJ is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied, and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
