Kevin Nguyen, a Westminster, California native who is a marksmanship instructor/competitive shooter with U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit, was named the R3/SH1 10m Mixed Prone Air Rifle Champion at USA Shooting’s 2023 National Rifle Championships at Fort Moore, Georgia June 1-10.
