An Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals member takes a video of a C-17 Globemaster III backing up with the cargo door open at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, June 22, 2023. Dover AFB hosted the nonprofit organization, whose mission is to encourage the advancement of minorities in all aviation and aerospace careers.
