DJIBOUTI CITY, Djibouti (June 27, 2023) – Leadership from Camp Lemonnier and Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, along with host nation officials,
and local coalition military leadership, attend a Djiboutian Armed Forces
military parade to commemorate the 46th Djiboutian Independence Day, June
27, 2023. The annual celebration hosted by Ismaïl Omar Guelleh, the
president of Djibouti, offered an opportunity for militaries from various
nations to show support for shared goals of security and stability in the
region. CLDJ is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied, and
partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure
