The 305th Air Mobility Wing Celebrate 100 years of air refueling By Conducting a flyover visible in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York, This includes a 15-jet formation of tankers one KC-135, eight KC-46s, and six C-17s. The flyover started at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst then followed a route along the Jersey Shore starting at about 1 p.m. in Asbury Park, flying south over Barnegat Light, Atlantic City, and Cape May over 25 minutes. The planes then turned toward Philadelphia along the Delaware Bay and then north along the Delaware River to the Trenton area before turning east on a route along I-195 and back to the base.
