Shelves of construction materials sit neatly organized in a large area maintenance shelter in the bill of materials yard on Forward Operating Base Sharana, Afghanistan, Nov. 15, 2012. Engineers from various deployment rotations have helped to organize the area into what many now consider a heftier version of a hardware store.
