Ethan Gutmann, project scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research, has worked with the USACE climate preparedness and resilience program for 10 years assessing and developing hydroclimate projection techniques. Gutman focuses is on developing better ways to assess climate impacts for various water resource applications.
