SAN DIEGO (June 29, 2023) The Honorable Franklin R. Parker, assistant Secretary of the Navy for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, addresses Sailors during a visit to Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron (MSRON) 1 at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, June 29, 2023.
