Nebraska’s Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year, Staff Sgt. Samantha Garcia presented Jennifer Strong, wife of incoming adjutant general Maj. Gen. Craig Strong, a bouquet of yellow rose buds. Yellow is the color of joy and friendship and symbolizes the relationship between the Nebraska National Guard Soldiers, Airmen and their families.
