Soldiers assigned to 1-7 Cav, 1st BCT, 1st Cav. Div., ruck-march to the half-way point of a 7.1 mile competition in which teams are faced against each other to finish with the fastest time, here, Nov. 16. The competition was hosted to commemorate the anniversary and memory of the veterans of the battle of the Ia Drang Valley, Vietnam, which was fought between American and North Vietnamese forces in 1965.
