Brenton Allwood, 819th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineer (RED HORSE) Squadron pavements and equipment supervisor, based out of Malmstrom Air Force Base, Mont., smooths freshly placed concrete for a training runway June 26, 2023 at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho.
