Michael Mildenberg (left), 12th Maintenance Group deputy director, briefs U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Brian Robinson (right), commander of Air Education and Training Command, on the remotely operated aircraft tug application July 6, 2023, at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. Remotely operated aircraft tugs reduce need for manpower in inclement weather and increase safety by reducing the number of people on an active flightline. Robinson is responsible for the recruitment, training and education of Air and Space Force personnel and the command includes Air Force Recruiting Service, two numbered Air Forces and Air University. Members of the command train more than 293,000 students annually, with about 60,000 active duty, Reserve, Guard, civilian and contractor personnel.(U.S. Air Force photo by Jonathan Mallard)
