U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Jerry Heim, outgoing Army Forces Battalion command sergeant major, gives farewell remarks during the ARFOR change of responsibility ceremony July 12, 2023, at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras. This ceremony is an Army tradition that symbolizes relinquishment of responsibility of a unit and its members to another by passing its organizational colors from the outgoing CSM, to the commander, to the incoming CSM.
