U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Brian Milner, 9th Bomb
Squadron commander, renders his first salute during
the 9th BS change of command at Dyess Air Force
Base, Texas, July 7, 2023. Milner is in charge of
leading the 9th BS which is the oldest active bomb
squadron in the Air Force and maintains combat
readiness to ensure delivery of rapid and decisive
airpower on a large scale in support of conventional
