Scott Stallsmith, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) senior procurement executive, speaks at the first DCSA “ACE” Acquisition Workforce Symposium and grand opening of the agency’s Acquisition Center of Excellence (ACE) where contracting and procurement experts are collaborating to provide the best acquisition services to support national security in every DCSA mission area.
“It's a team sport bringing together different disciplines of program managers, requirement writers, financial analysts, contracting officers, contracting specialists – this will be that focal point, that rallying point to bring us together,” said Stallsmith.
