U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 2 Will Tobin is recognized by fellow Soldiers with Alpha Company, 328th Brigade Support Battalion, 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, as he retires from the Army after 22 years of service, June 24, 2023 at the Lebanon Armory.
Tobin joined the military on January 8, 2001 and, aside from his military life, is described as a very enthusiastic pickleball player. He has served with the 328th BSB since 2006 and some of his career highlights include being a training non-commissioned officer, supply NCO, readiness NCO, support operations NCO and accountability officer of the supply support activity/authorized stockage list for the 56th SBCT.
He deployed with the 56th SBCT to Iraq in 2009 and served as the battle NCO for the 328th BSB. He was also the secretary for the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Association, Keystone Chapter, chair of the Special Emphasis Group for Black and African American Advancement for the Pennsylvania National Guard and a member of the State Joint Diversity Council.
