The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Far East District is completing Phase 1 of a traffic circle on 11th Street and First Team Avenue on Camp Humphreys, South Korea. Col. Heather Levy, commander, visited the project to see progress prior to the shift to phase 2 on July. 21, 2023. In phase two, traffic in both directions will travel on the eastern/retention basin side of the circle while FED constructions the western side of the circle. (U.S. Army photo by Rachel Napolitan)
