Marines set up tents at the expeditionary refueling point on Tinian’s West Field Nov. 29 during Exercise Forager Fury 2012. Tinian, an island of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, will play host for nearly 100 Marines and sailors during FF12. Training on Tinian’s West Field will include emplacement of arresting gear, fuel storage, and fuel distribution for purposes of extending aviation training throughout the Marianas Island Range Complex. The Marines are Expeditionary Airfield System Technicians with Marine Wing Support Squadron 171, Marine Aircraft Group 12, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
