Coast Guard members from active duty and reserve gathered at Base Los Angeles-Long Beach with their civilian employers to take part in Boss Lift, an event showing a tour, displays, presentations, and awards to provide employers an opportunity to experience a day in the life of a Coast Guardsmen, Saturday, July 15, 2023. Employers listened to Coast Guard reservists as they shared their experiences, and learned about the importance and appreciation for their relationship and support for military reservists.
