Sgt. Tierra Cabana is an Air Traffic Control Operator from Kaneohe, Hawaii assigned to Fox Company, 1-52 General Support Aviation Battalion, 16th Combat Aviation Brigade at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. She was able to gain skills and certifications in 17 weeks of Advanced Individual Training that normally takes two years to complete in the civilian world, and is grateful that she can use them in the private sector after she completes her military service.
