U.S. Navy Corpsmen and Marines transport a simulated casualty to a Japan Ground Self-Defense Force UH-1 helicopter during Artillery Relocation Training Program 23.2 at Combined Arms Training Center, Camp Fuji, Japan, July 13, 2023.
