Mrs. Jennifer Mapes, the wife of Col. Matthew Mapes, the outgoing commander of the Medical Department Activity Fort Drum, is awarded the Meritorious Public Service medal by Brig. Gen. Mary Krueger, the commanding general of the Medical Readiness Command (East), July 21, on Fort Drum, N.Y.
