Parker Lubrant, a native of Grass Valley, California and a motor vehicle operator with Task Force Koa Moana 23, utilizes a miter saw during a renovation project with U.S. Soldiers with 871st Engineer Company, 411th Engineer Battalion, 303rd Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, 9th Mission Support Command, at Chuuk High School on Weno, Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia, July 19, 2023. The island of Chuuk is a part of Task Force Koa Moana’s deployment throughout the Indo-Pacific region, where Marines and Sailors from I Marine Expeditionary Force work to strengthen alliances and partnerships with development of interoperable capabilities, combined operations, theater security cooperation, and capacity-building efforts.
