Japan Air Self-Defense Force Airmen assigned to the Western Air Civil Engineering Group mix quickset concrete during a bilateral live fire exercise at Draughon Range near Misawa Air Base, Japan, July 19, 2023. During the exercise, Airmen used fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) mats to repair the simulated runway damage.
