(July 21, 2023) Steelworker First Class Richard Rodriguez, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, checks for the correct positioning of metal brackets to be placed during the Construction Training Exercise (CTX) Quay Wall Pile Cap Project. NMCB 4 is implementing a robust construction skill training plan to prepare for a dynamic mission set throughout the US Indo-Pacific Command in support of Commander, 7th Fleet objectives.
