Soldiers from across the XVIII Airborne Corps competing in the XVIII Airborne Corps Best Squad Competition began the first day of the competition with an Army Combat Fitness Test July 24, 2023, at Fort Drum. The ACFT is used to assess Soldiers’ physical strength, mental toughness, coordination, and flexibility, making the Army the best trained, best equipped, and most skilled fighting force in the world.
