Independence-variant littoral combat ship USS Manchester (LCS 14) Sailors use the Twin Boom Extensible Crane to deploy an 11-meter rigid hull inflatable boat in preparation of Oceania Maritime Security Initiative (OMSI) at Naval Base Guam, July 12, 2023.
