Col. Michael S. Heimall, commander of William Beaumont Army Medical Center, and the medical staff cut the ribbon for the official opening of the East Bliss Health and Dental Clinic, Fort Bliss, Texas, Nov. 19, 2012. The clinic is part of the Defense Base Realignment and Closure Act and will manage the health and dental care of Soldiers assigned to 3rd Brigade, 1st Armored Division, 212th Fires Brigade, and 15th Sustainment Brigade, all of Fort Bliss.
