Explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) Airmen with the National Guard of numerous states prepare to get out of a Wisconsin Army National Guard Blackhawk helicopter June 28, 2018, at Fort McCoy, Wis., as part of training in Exercise Audacious Warrior 2018. Nearly 60 Airmen from National Guard units in 10 states as well as teams of international service members who are part of explosive ordnance disposal teams trained at Fort McCoy for 12 days in late June to early July as part of the exercise. Training also took place at Volk Field, Wis. Throughout the training, the EOD personnel completed scenarios in convoy operations, populated-area responses for IEDs, and more.
