The guided-missile destroyer USS McFaul (DDG 74) returns to Naval Station Norfolk after a 281-day deployment to the U.S. 5th and 6th Fleet areas of operation. This deployment earned them the honor of flying the Homeward Bound Pennant which is authorized after a ship has spent 270 or more uninterrupted days at sea.
