U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. For 76 years 1st MLG Marines and Sailors have proven themselves, in both peacetime and combat, across the range of military operations from the wars in Korea and Vietnam to the deserts of Kuwait and Somalia and throughout the most recent conflicts in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria. Today, 1st MLG stands ready to provide combat service support to I Marine Expeditionary Force in any crisis or contingency and continues to firmly uphold the ‘Victory Through Logistics’ motto.
