U.S. Army Maj. Glenn Thomas, commander, Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 214th Aviation Regiment (General Support Aviation Battalion), 12th Combat Aviation Brigade, participates in the 12CAB Command Vision Summit at Oberdachstetten Training Area, Germany, 28 July, 2023. The two-day summit intended to establish People First and Winning Matters initiatives among the command teams and ensure brigade leaders understand the demands of the operating environment on their units while strengthening the interpersonal relationships across the brigade. 12CAB is among other units assigned to V Corps, America's Forward Deployed Corps in Europe. They work alongside NATO Allies and regional security partners to provide combat-ready forces, execute joint and multinational training exercises, and retain command and control for all rotational and assigned units in the European Theater.
