ASAN, Guam (Aug. 1, 2023) - Joint Region Marianas (JRM) and the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) conduct an informative briefing on the Guam Defense System with members of the Mayors Council of Guam at JRM headquarters, Aug. 1.
The meetings provided local municipal leaders an opportunity to ask questions regarding the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for an Enhanced Integrated Air and Missile Defense System on Guam.
MDA will hold three public scoping meetings Aug. 2-4 to inform the public about the Proposed Action and accept comments on the scope of the analysis.
