GRAND HAVEN, Mich. - A helicopter crew from Coast Guard Air Station Detroit performs a search and rescue (SAR) demonstration at the ESGR Boss Lift event at the Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival on August 1, 2023. The event was designed to show local employers, reservists and their families, one of the most important missions of the U.S. Coast Guard—saving lives.
