Al Awahdhi; 15 Mubarak Armor BDE; BG Alawahdi KMOD Directorate of Military Cooperation, BG Al Kheter Commander 25th Commando BDE, as well as the U.S. official party Col. Hilton ARCENT G3, Col. Pfaff ARCENT G5, Col Cheatham ASG-KU Commander and Others military members of Kuwait and U.S. participated at the cermony.
The ASG-KU CSM Pierce, gave order to retire the current Kuwaiti Flag and replace it with a new one.
