German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) Service Members assigned to NATO Mission Iraq discuss the requirements for the rifle portion of the German Armed Forces Badge of Marksmanship, or Schützenschnur, in Baghdad, Iraq, August 4, 2023. Service Members assigned to Combined Special Operations Joint Task Force-Levant (CSOJTF-Levant) were given the opportunity to earn the Schützenschnur badge of either bronze, silver, or gold during their deployment here.
