Catherine “Cat” Logan, outgoing commander of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and the 11th Wing, departs the change of command ceremony at JBAB, Washington, D.C., July 18, 2023, after relinquishing command to Col. Ryan A. F. Crowley. Logan became the first female commander of JBAB and the 11th Wing in 2021.
