“I joined NOVA to grow my knowledge of D-SAACP and help new and credentialling victim advocates with navigating the process of credentialing,” said Alisa M. Winchester, NOVA D-SAACP manager, and human resources first lieutenant with 85th U.S. Army Reserves Support Command. “My work as a victim advocate with Task Force Viper, 2-309th Training Support Battalion, 5th AR Bde. last year set the foundation for helping others which I hope to continue by advancing the field of victim services and connecting to a leading professional network in education, training, and development with the NOVA community.”
