Lt. Gen. Terry G. Robling, the commander of U.S. Marine Corps Forces Pacific and Lt. Gen. John A. Toolan, Jr. the commanding general of I Marine Expeditionary Force and Sgt. Maj. Ronald Green, the I MEF sergeant major, pin two stars to the unit’s flag during an award ceremony at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Dec. 6. The stars represent two Navy Unit Commendation Awards I MEF received for services overseas.
