WASHINGTON (Aug. 8, 2023) - Vice Admiral Johnny Wolfe Jr., director of U.S. Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) and guests give a standing ovation at the end of the the U.S. Navy Band's Concerts on the Avenue (COTA) series at the Navy Memorial in Washington, D.C.
