The Marines and sailors of Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 362, stand in formation during the deactivation ceremony between Hangars 101 and 102, Nov. 30. The unit’s nickname is the “Ugly Angels,” and their mascot is a red-haired angel named Olaf. The Ugly Angels have fought in many conflicts and were one of the first aircraft Marine units in Vietnam, landing April 15, 1962.
