CHICAGO (August 8, 2023) – Capt. Chris Adams, Naval Service Training Command (NSTC), talks with 50 new Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) Professors of Naval Science, who will be new commanding officers, executive officers at NROTC units across the nation.
