The 294th MCAS is at Northern Strike conducting real world care acting as a Role II Medical Facility while also preparing for evaluations to qualify on mission essential tasks. A Role II Medical Facility is a field hospital that provides more advanced medical support in the field, to include, x-ray, dental support and is large enough to allowing for wards in case additional areas of support are needed. NS 23 is a premier reserve component training event that integrates both U.S. and partner nation readiness training to build interoperability and strengthen partnerships in an all-domain environment.
